At Mr. Heater®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
